.177 BSA Supersport SE Air Rifle

The Supersport was originally introduced in 1986, and the SE version is the latest in that long line. It doesn't have much in common with that older gun because it has a significantly higher velocity and is made with modern materials and technology.

BSA invented the modern spring-piston gun, but they've never stopped to rest on their laurels. They continue to innovate, relying heavily on the expertise of world-renowned airgun expert John Bowkett.

BSA spring-piston air rifle models are put through a rigorous 10,000-shot test and then stripped down to see how they held up. Anything that doesn't last is improved so it will. Not until the spring gun passes with flying colors in all areas does it get approved for production and can wear the BSA name. Don't you wish every airgun manufacturer did that?
