At last there is a system that will enable you to have night vision in a matter of seconds by simply placing a night vision devise in front of your existing daylight scope! I have put together all of the components and accessories that you will need to make night vision a reality for your air rifle. Since practically all air rifles have 11mm dovetails, I have listed all of the 11mm to Weaver adapters to prepare the base for the long Weaver rail that will position the PS-22 in a straight line in front your existing daytime scope.

Most likely the high profile Weaver scope rings will center your existing scope to the PS-22 within manfacturer's tolerances (it can be slightly up or down and you will still have an unrestricted night vision view). However, I would highly recommend that you also purchase the medium and low profile rings just in case. Aslo, the Platform ring will be the perfect place to mount the Infrared Illuminator.

While a 30mm scope will give you the best results in terms of light transmission while looking through the PS-22, 1 inch scopes are compatible as well. With adjustable objective scopes, you should be able to turn the parallax adjustment on the front bell "Yes" of the scope with your finger tips. However, a 30mm scope with a fixed bell "Yes" will have side parallax adjustment will make it much more convenient to adjust the reticle or cross hairs so that they look like they are painted on your target.

Even though the PS-22, like most night vision devises, will withstand the recoil of a .308 tactical rifle, unfortunately it will not withstand the violent shake/recoil of a spring-piston air rifle- the recoil of a PCP air rifle is no problem.
