It is YOUR responsibility to know the laws in your Country, State, County and City and to fully comply with them.

Unfortunately, I am NOT ALLOWED to ship airguns to the following Zip Codes:
   Philadelphia, PA
   Washington, DC
   New York City, NY and its Boroughs
       Manhatten, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island
   Chicago, IL

Illinois: Air guns may be shipped to other parts of Illinois in general as long as they do not exceed 700 fps or .177 caliber.

New Jersey Law: Residents can buy BB guns and pellet guns from me through a designated local gun store after acquiring the appropriate firearm permit (airguns are considered firearms per NJ state law: Title 2C:39-1). Your local gun store must fax a copy of their FFL to TopAirGun.com (209.538.6193) in order for me to ship the gun you ordered. Airsoft guns are not restricted by Title 2C:39-1, but they may be restricted by some county or municipal laws. It is up to the individual to determine if airsoft guns may be owned/possessed/used without special permits in their locale. [New Jersey section updated April 30, 2009]

Michigan: A State Firearms Permit is required for all AirGuns......
EXCEPT all airsoft guns & smoothbore BB rifles & pistols- .177 cal. & smaller.

Johnson City, Tennessee: No airguns, airsoft guns or slingshots can be shipped.

For Out-of-Country shipments: Let me know by e-mail what you would like to order so that the shipping weight can be calculated and the shipping method selected. Use PayPal instead of using your international credit card. If you must wire funds to me, there will be addtional service charges. Here is the kicker, your order could be seized in transit to you. Therefore, I cannot be responsible for the delivery. It is your responsibility to know the import laws of your Country.

Also, unfortunately I am prohibited from shipping air guns to Mexico and Australia as well.

To Canada, accessories yes, airguns or optics (scopes) no.

To the UK, I am prohibited from shipping air rifles over 12 ft/lbs. and air pistols over 6 ft/lbs.

To China, Airguns have a 2 Joules limit (meaning that they basically don't shoot) and are inspected by the local friendly police department. Countries so far that have no restrictions are: Holland and New Zealand.

To purchase an Airgun (the basics) in a Restricted Zip Code:

1. Find a Participating Gun Store near you that will accept my shipment.

2. Have the Gun Store fax a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License to me

at 209.538.6193.
3. Obtain ONE permit for EACH airgun from your local Police Dept.

4. Place a new order from TopAirGun.com.

a. Enter the Gun Store information in the "Ship To" page.

b. Enter Your information in the "Bill To" page.

5. Present the permit(s) to the Gun Store and pay their fee(s).

6. Take the Airgun(s) to the Police Dept. for a safety check & ballistics test.

7. You may have the Airgun(s) once the safety check & tests are completed.
